Can I access my account on my computer? Drop Team May 15, 2018 23:06 Follow Currently, we do not have a web application for Drop. You can access your account via our app, which can be downloaded from the App Store or the Google Play Store Have more questions? Hopefully, you will develop a user-friendly website one can access through their PC or laptop, as an alternative to the app on my small mobile. Thank you for considering!! 1 Harry.boutilier July 16, 2017 22:10 I agree it's hard to add and fix stuff on a mobile would be easier on a website, since there are many relink of cards requests and missing points requests at least for me with Shell and TangerineBank MasterCard 1 Bob Durling July 16, 2017 22:19 It will be a great day when a PC/laptop version of Drop becomes available, along with not having to constantly delink credit cards. Here's hoping the day will come soon!! 1 Patrick September 23, 2017 01:56 No Desktop PC access is a show stopper for me. Thanks for the invite, call or email me when you get PC version ready to test. 1 natashakavanagh86 October 23, 2017 20:19 I hope you get an online version as I cannot link my card, I am assuming due to security questions it must be asking for 0 Chris November 03, 2017 19:42 Haven't been able to link my TD card through the app and the contact support is quite slow. 0 Nhuynh November 09, 2017 02:52 I haven't been able to re-link my MBNA for weeks now. What's going on? 0 Alicia Elizabeth January 26, 2018 01:21 Use code mtwg6 for 5,000 FREE points!!!! 0 Bob Durling January 26, 2018 03:44 Until Drop comes out with a laptop accessible website, I might have to drop Drop for now. I cannot keep addressing issues of continued relinking of my credit cards. Great concept - hope the follow through will happen to make it less glitchy and much easier to use through the app and a future laptop-friendly website. 0 Jan Neff May 15, 2018 23:06 I agree with all of the above users who want a version of drop that is not a user-hostile phone app. Please sign in to leave a comment.
