If you have a Joint bank account, only one account holder can successfully link and earn points from purchases made on this account. Unfortunately, our platform cannot support both accounts if the secondary card holder links it to their Drop account as well. This will prevent them from earning points from offers and referrals.
To check which cards are linked in the Drop app, tap:
2. Linked Cards > Choose your bank
To remove a Joint bank account, please follow the same steps above, then tap "Unlink card."
