My bank is experiencing a delay - what do I do?

If your bank is experiencing a delay, no need to fret! When you receive this message in the Drop app, it means that our providers are already aware of the issue and are working to resolve it immediately.

You will be asked again to reverify your online banking credentials. This is to re-authenticate access to our providers, Plaid, so that your points balance can start updating again.
